This Framingham property underwent a full exterior protection upgrade featuring a complete roof tear-off and a custom seamless gutter installation.
We began by stripping the old, degraded roofing down to the decking to inspect for water damage and rot. After reinforcing the roof deck, we installed high-temp ice and water shield along the eaves, valleys, and rake edges to protect against New England winter freeze-thaw cycles. The roof was finished with heavy-duty architectural shingles and a continuous ridge vent system for maximum attic ventilation and thermal efficiency.
To complete the drainage envelope, we custom-fabricated and installed seamless aluminum gutters with heavy-duty hidden hangers and oversized downspouts. This ensures runoff is directed safely away from the home's foundation, landscaping, and siding—providing long-term weather protection for decades to come.
